Mercia is really making sure every morning is a special breakfast made by herself and from the heart The bed is big and comfortable . It was December but rainy and cold, thanks to the electric blanket we had a warm cozy sleep. It is a accommodation with an atmosphere of character and heart created by Mercia

The owners went the extra mile to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Breakfasts were innovative and a treat, sitting on the patio with linen napkins and freshly baked highlights that we were positively encouraged to take with us for 🧺 fare. Exceptional value. comfortable beds.

Very quiet location, very comfortable with all facilities that a traveler might want. Excellent breakfast. Owners very hospitable and helpful.

Mercia is a super host that wants to make your stay an exceptional experience. The breakfast that she prepared for us every morning was excellent and presented beautifully. Thank you for making our stay outstanding with your attention to detail and friendliness. Will definitely recommend the guesthouse to friends and hope to return some time.

Mercia is just the most amazing hostess, she puts so much effort into making one feel at home, from the small gestures of fruit from her apple tree, the homemade baked cookies, the farm fresh milk in the fridge to the most amazing breakfasts every morning. Everyday the room was back to its immaculate standard when we got back from our daily leisurely outings. The fire stove was well stocked with wood to assist with keeping out the cold. Would I go back... Definitely .. when you leave there, you leave as friends .. to visit again.

Gasvrou was wonderlik en het soveel moeite gedoen om ons te verwelkom en tuis te laat voel. Die ontbyt was voortreflik met vars- en tuisgebakte broodjies, vrugte ens. Die eenheid was super netjies en opgevrolik met volop vars blomme in elke vertrek.
